Have you seen that Friend's episode where he talks about how he's paying a lot of money for his gym membership every month and then goes to try to cancel it? He just can't cancel it. They employ tactics to prevent it. This was filmed a long time ago but it's still the case today. It's a very funny episode, but also a real problem.
